Therapy for Life Transitions Ontario
Online therapy for life transitions, for adults across Ontario.
Life transitions bring up more than expected. Even the changes you chose can feel disorienting.
What this often looks like
- A career shift, a move, or graduating into something unfamiliar
- A relationship beginning, changing, or ending
- Identity questions you cannot quite put into words
- Burnout, or family pressure about what comes next
- The quiet realization that the life you built no longer fits
- Everyone expecting you to be excited while you feel unsure

The work
How we approach it
I work with adults across Ontario who are moving through life transitions and trying to understand what comes next. My approach is warm, reflective, and acceptance-based. Therapy can be a place to slow down, hear yourself more clearly, and make sense of what this season is asking of you.
In our work together, we may explore grief, anxiety, comparison, self-doubt, people-pleasing, perfectionism, identity, relationships, and the pressure to have everything figured out. I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based therapy, tailoring our sessions to your goals and what feels most relevant to your life.
Therapy for life transitions is not about rushing you toward a perfect answer. It is about helping you feel more grounded while you are in the messy middle.
If you are in a period of change and feeling unsure of who you are, what you want, or where to go next, support can help. Book a consultation to see if therapy with me feels like the right fit.
