Anxiety Therapy Ontario
Online anxiety therapy for adults across Ontario.
Anxiety can make life feel smaller than it really is.
What this often looks like
- Overthinking conversations long after they have ended
- Preparing for every possible outcome, just in case
- Replaying things you said and wishing you had said them differently
- A body that feels braced for something to go wrong
- Looking completely fine from the outside while it quietly exhausts you
- Turning down things you actually want, in case they go badly

The work
How we approach it
My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in acceptance. Rather than treating anxiety as something you need to fight or "fix" overnight, we make space to understand what your anxiety is trying to protect you from, how it shows up in your daily life, and what patterns might be keeping you stuck.
In therapy, we may explore anxious thoughts, physical symptoms, avoidance, perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-criticism, and the pressure to always have things figured out. I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based therapy, tailoring our work to you rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we can build practical tools for managing anxiety while also helping you relate to yourself with more compassion.
Anxiety therapy is not about becoming a perfectly calm person who never worries. It is about creating enough space between you and your anxiety that you can make choices based on what matters to you, not only what feels safest in the moment.
If anxiety has been taking up too much space in your life, you do not have to navigate it alone. Book a consultation to see if working together feels like a good fit.
